Paul Carter

Paul is the founder and Creative Director of Get Carter Productions. He’s worked as a copywriter, producer and engineer for radio groups across the UK - rising through the ranks to Group Creative Director before launching his own company in 2001. He’s won many awards, including the highly-coveted New York Radio Festivals and London Internationals. He enjoys cycling and wine, and rides his bike to a vineyard whenever he can.

OUR HISTORY

Paul Carter formed Get Carter Productions in 2001. He recognised that the UK’s commercial radio model was unsustainable, and needed to reflect the growing number of regional and national advertisers who demanded more accountability from the media.  He believed that an independent and objective commercial production company could better serve these advertisers in an increasingly competitive marketplace. 

Since then we’ve worked with an impressive number of local, regional and national brands to make their radio investment work harder. Our success is down to the lasting relationships we’ve built with our clients, and our ability to understand and help them achieve their longer-term marketing objectives.

Partnerships in that time include Bristol Street Motors/Vertu (15 years), Inchcape (15 years), Blackpool & The Fylde College (13 years), Lookers PLC (12 years), Screwfix (9 years) and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (5 years).
