Get Carter creates Telecom Audio for United Utilities

United Utilities, the company that handles the gas network for 2.5m customers across the north of England, has employed the audio production expertise of Get Carter Productions as part of a continued campaign to deliver improved customer service.

Get Carter created a new audio package for United Utilities, including:

A set of automated messages designed to guide callers to the appropriate advisor for their enquiry in the most efficient way possible;

And an On Hold audio package – with informative marketing messages relating to United Utilities’ services mixed with licence free music as backing.
